What is your return policy?
Return Policy:
Regular-priced items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Sale, clearance, discounted, promotional, or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products (including serums, creams, and moisturizers) cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs for opened or used skincare products are non-refundable.
Damaged Items & Shipping Refund:
If an item arrives damaged, please report it within the following timeframe:
- USA: within 7 days of receipt
- EU & UK: within 14 days of receipt
In such cases, shipping costs will be fully refunded or covered for the replacement item.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free shipping on all orders over a value of 150 or more shipped to the EU, UK, USA, Canada, and GCC countries.
Orders shipped to locations outside these regions (for example, Australia, South America, or Asia) may incur local customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
For orders under a value of 150, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track the progress of your package.
