Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We appreciate your order and trust you will enjoy our products. If, however, you wish to return an item, we are here to assist you.
To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in:
- their original packaging,

unused, unopened, and in perfect condition,
- accompanied by all original components (instructions, accessories, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, etc.),
- along with a copy of the delivery slip.
Personalized, opened, used, or damaged items cannot be refunded.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at contact@drcollagenpro.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted. A return authorization code and returns label will be issued to you once your return request is approved.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
- Hygiene Notice: Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM GMT / 4:00 AM–4:00 PM EST
Weekends: 11:30 AM–9:00 PM GMT / 6:30 AM–4:00 PM EST
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).
Refunds
- Please contact us for refunds. We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected (see Non-Returnable Items).
- Once approved, refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
- If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please first check with your bank, and then contact us at
contact@drcollagenpro.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Retain the product and its original packaging if possible.
- Once we confirm the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- After we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund, including the original purchase amount and shipping fees.
Note: For items returned for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be exchanged.
- To start an exchange, contact our Customer Service team. You will be provided with instructions to return the original item.
- Once the returned item is received and verified, we will confirm that it is eligible for exchange. At that point, you may place a new order for the desired item.
- Please note that items that are opened, used, or listed as non-returnable cannot be exchanged
