Customs Duties & Taxes
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
For orders shipped to: EU, UK, USA, CANADA, GCC Countries (Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates), import duties and customs taxes do not apply.
For orders shipped outside these regions, applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Wrong Address Parcels
Once a parcel is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the customer.
If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for rerouting, redelivery, or replacement costs.
If a parcel is lost due to our shipping error, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled only before they are shipped. Contact Customer Care immediately if you need changes.
Once an order is dispatched, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

Delivery & Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00.
During peak periods such as Black Friday, processing may require an additional 1–2 business days.
You can check the status of your order in the (Your Account) tab. Additionally, once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number. By clicking the tracking number in the email, you can track your order and see the estimated arrival date.
We aim to have orders received by 2:00 pm EST processed to be packed and shipped the same day the order is placed. Any orders received after 2:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to track your order and check the estimated arrival date.
- US orders will typically be delivered within 2-7 business days
- UK orders will typically be delivered within 2-5 business days
- EU orders will typically be delivered within 3-7 business days
- Canada orders will typically be delivered within 4-7 business days
We do our best to estimate delivery time accurately. However, all delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to change. Holiday processing and shipping time may vary.
For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
Additionally, some items sold by Dr. Collagen PRO require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipping for these items is dictated by these regulations and therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
We ship all orders using signed-for delivery services only. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and that someone is available to sign for the parcel upon arrival.
We hope this never happens! If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue with the courier.
If your package is marked as delivered by the courier but you did not receive it, please reach out to us. We will contact the courier to investigate where it was left or whether there was a delivery issue.
